PUENTE DE LA MORA, XIMENA
This work aims to inform in a simple and brief way, to a broad and not necessarily expert audience, the background and the reason behind the Transparency Reform and to show the reader the background, the development and the main achievements resulting from the reform to the 6th article of the Mexican Constitution regarding transparency; the purpose is that society can exercise its right of access to information knowing their limits and effects.
